    PROGRAM and DAILY AGENDA

    Day One: Madeleines, Prepare Bagels, Pizza dough and baguettes. Dinner out with the neighbors.

    Day Two: Focaccia, Bake Bagels, Make Brioche dough, Prep for Rustic loaves.

    Day Three: Make Rustic Loaf dough, Make butter block and Croissant dough, Bake Brioche loaves and buns, Pear tart, Shape pizza dough, Pizza Party for dinner in wood fired oven.

    Day Four: Bake Rustic loaves, Laminate, shape and refrigerate Croissant dough overnight, Make Leaven for English Muffins.

    Day Five: Bake Croissants, Bake English Muffins, Make and bake Scones, Lunch at maison_noubar.

    ACCOMMODATION in a Charming Room in St. Cirq Lapopie. Room accommodates both single or double occupancy. Private access and private bathroom included.
